Having experience in managing the most complex social entity – ‘the family’, for over a decade Midhu Rejipal, our director has the sharp insight of a home maker and a calculated, cautious and meticulous approach of a mother. Her empathetic approach as a mother of two daughters helped us to soften our rigidity while making important decisions. To her, Pals Morgan is another child growing up to make our world proud.
